The New Infusion Series Platinum Edition™ line of brewing equipment offers all the same great brewing features as the standard Infusion Series Soft Heat® brewers, with the addition of an intuitive 4.3" touch screen. Visually Intuitive Programming™ simplifies operation and programming of the brewers. SmartWAVE sprayhead technology creates an industry best uniformity of extraction for exceptionally smooth coffee. The BUNN Infusion Series SH brewers use the a new and improved Soft Heat®® servers, which are more ergonomic, lighter weight, energy efficient and which offer programmable recipe/batch based holding times and temperatures, to alert staff when freshness has expired or a server is empty. SH Server Wireless freshness tracking comes as a standard feature on the Platinum Edition SH Brewers. The BUNN Infusion Series® Platinum Edition Soft Heat brewers are the ultimate brewing platform for Coffee Shops, C Stores, QSRs, Full Service Restaurants, Fast Casual, and large offices.
