The Dukers DCHPB12 Hot Plate features two burners, suitable for professional kitchen setups, with a combined output of 56,000 BTU/H. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy cleaning, both inside and out. Equipped with 28,000 BTU stainless steel burners with standby pilots, it offers reliable and efficient heating. The hot plate comes with independent manual controls every 12 inches, providing chefs with precise temperature adjustments. Adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability and adaptability to various setups. Shipped with both Standard Natural Gas and LP conversion kit options, it accommodates different gas sources. The lift-off cast iron burners and full-length seamless drip pan make maintenance effortless. With a "cool-to-the-touch" front stainless steel edge and backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty, the DCHPB12 offers reliability and convenience in commercial kitchen environments.
