The Dukers DCHPB24 Hot Plate offers four burners, delivering a combined output of 112,000 BTU/H, making it ideal for high-demand commercial kitchens. Constructed with stainless steel both inside and out, it ensures durability and ease of cleaning. Each burner, with 28,000 BTU stainless steel capacity and standby pilot, provides reliable and efficient heating. The hot plate features independent manual controls every 12 inches, allowing precise temperature adjustments. Adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability, while the lift-off cast iron burners and full-length seamless drip pan facilitate effortless maintenance. Shipped with both Standard Natural Gas and LP conversion kit options, it accommodates different gas sources. With a "cool-to-the-touch" front stainless steel edge and backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty, the DCHPB24 ensures reliability and convenience in commercial kitchen environments.
