With a ½-horsepower motor and 12-inch-diameter chrome-plated, carbon-steel knife, the Edge12 is ideal for 2.5 hours a day of slicing. A wide carriage span delivers a smoother glide. Moreover, the large product tray and slide-rod make it easier to accommodate larger loaves.
Ensuring the consistent cleanliness of any food machine is always a priority in foodservice and food retail operations. The Edge12 slicer supports users with a sanitary and easy-to-clean anodized aluminum base that helps protect against bacteria growth, a removable carriage system, and a top-mounted, removable and submersible Borazon® sharpening stone. A rear-mounted meat-grip arm is removable for easy cleaning.
