The Dexter-Russell 12SXL-PCP (07343) TRADITIONAL® Sharpening Steel is a coarse sharpening tool designed to help maintain the working edges of frequently used kitchen knives. Its hardened, high-carbon steel rod removes material from a worn blade edge, making it useful when a knife needs more than simple edge alignment.
