The Dukers D28F is a 27 1/2 inch wide, one-section bottom-mount reach-in freezer designed for organized frozen food storage in commercial kitchens. Its solid swing door is reversible, self-closing, and lockable, while four adjustable and removable epoxy-coated wire shelves provide flexible storage for frozen ingredients, prepared foods, meats, seafood, and other products. The bottom-mounted 3/4 HP refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and operates with a digital temperature control and LED display. The freezer maintains a temperature range of approximately 0°F to -8°F and uses automatic defrost for routine operation. Stainless steel construction throughout the interior and exterior supports daily commercial use, while the recessed handle provides a clean profile and practical access.
