DECRIPTION

Star-Max electric fryers are built for maximum dfficiency and quick product turn-around. These units come in variety of sizes and are designed for countertop operation to fit variety of operations and locations

SPECIFICATIONS

Star-Max electric fryers will be constructed with a stainless steel body and will have a nickel-plated steel kettle on 530FF models or Stainless Steel kkettle on 301HLF, S14LL, 515F, and 530TF Models.

THese will use immersionheating elements, which swng up for easy cleaning. Fryers will have a removable stainless steel kettle for easy strainling of oil/fat. The Fryers will use snap-action thermostats that allow for a temperature range of 200F (93C) to 375F (191C). Two Baskets will be supplied with each fryer. 301HF, 514LL, and 515F models will come with an apropriate plug base on the model's power ratingsand certification requirements. 30FF and 530TH models will be set up to hard wire and will not included a cord or plug. All units will be single phase, excep 530F models which can be wired single or three phas. All units will havea built in high limit safety thermostat. 301LF, 515F, and 530TF models will UL and cUL certified. 514LL model will be UL certified only.
