Powered by an 3400 watt electromagnet, this induction burner is powerful enough to bring water to a rolling boil faster than traditional gas or electric burners. Featuring digital controls for wattage and temperature, this induction cooking technology offers the heat responsiveness of a gas burner with the even heating of an electric burner for a truly superior cooking experience. With induction cooking, only the pan gets hot reducing the risk of accidental burns. A 150-minute timer offers a convenient automatic shutoff.
