The RCS10TS features programmable touchpad controls with up to 100 menu items, four-stage cooking, five power levels, multiple-portion programming, and a 60-minute countdown timer. Braille touchpads support ADA accessibility, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide a durable, easy-to-clean commercial design. Its non-removable air filter helps protect internal components, and the countertop unit is stackable to help maximize available space. The oven operates at 120V, 60 Hz, single phase, with a 15-amp electrical configuration.
