The Cadco XAFT-03HS-GD BAKERLUX GO Heavy-Duty Half Size Convection Oven is a programmable commercial countertop oven designed for restaurants, bakeries, cafés, delis, hotels, grocery stores, catering operations, and other professional foodservice environments. Its 1.6 cu. ft. cooking chamber accommodates three standard half-size sheet pans while maintaining a space-efficient countertop footprint.

The BAKERLUX GO features digital programmable controls for time and temperature, three baking steps, up to 99 stored programs including 12 Quick Access programs, and a 10-hour timer or continuous-on operation. Its advanced airflow system and automatically reversible fan promote even baking, while the heavy-duty stainless-steel construction, extra-large motor, cool-touch double-wall glass door, and interior LED light support dependable commercial operation.

This 120V model operates at 1,440W and 12 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is NSF and MET listed and ENERGY STAR rated. The XAFT-03HS-GD does not include a water pump and cannot operate an optional proofer.
