The Dukers D83R 83 inch Bottom-Mount Reach-In Upright Refrigerator is designed for restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, cafeterias, delis, bakeries, catering operations, and other high-volume foodservice environments. With a spacious 64.8 cu. ft. refrigerated capacity, three solid swing doors, and 12 adjustable shelves, this commercial refrigerator provides organized cold storage for large quantities of food and ingredients.
The D83R features durable brushed stainless steel construction on the interior and exterior for a professional appearance, easy cleaning, and dependable performance. Twelve adjustable and removable wire shelves provide flexible storage for fresh produce, dairy products, beverages, prepared foods, sauces, ingredients, and other temperature-sensitive products.
A heavy-duty 1/2 HP bottom-mounted compressor provides reliable cooling performance while allowing convenient access for service and maintenance. Digital temperature controls with an LED display allow precise temperature adjustment, while automatic defrosting helps maintain consistent refrigeration performance. The refrigerator is designed to maintain approximately 33°F to 41°F.
Three self-closing solid doors provide convenient access to the refrigerated interior while helping minimize cold-air loss during busy kitchen operations.
