The Robot Coupe CL50E Vegetable Preparation Machine is designed for efficient commercial preparation of fruits and vegetables. It features a 1.5 HP induction motor, 425 RPM operating speed, and 120V/60/1-ph electrical configuration. The CL50E includes 3 mm (1/8") slicing and 3 mm (1/8") grating discs, a continuous-feed attachment, kidney-shaped and cylindrical hoppers, and a 2-disc rack. Its commercial design supports slicing, grating, shredding, dicing, ripple cutting, and French fry preparation with optional discs. The machine is suitable for professional foodservice operations handling approximately 50 to 400 meals per service.
