Its 1.5 HP induction motor operates at 425 RPM and processes ingredients through a continuous-feed vegetable preparation system.

The CL50EUPIZZA includes 2 mm and 4 mm slicing discs, a 7 mm grating disc, a 10 x 10 mm dicing kit, dice-cleaning kit, and disc holders. It operates on 120V single-phase power at 12 amps and is ETL/cETL listed. The machine is suitable for slicing, grating, dicing, shredding, and preparing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables for commercial foodservice applications.
