The Blue Air BLUF28-WT-HC Work Top Freezer combines 7 cu. ft. of frozen-food storage with a stainless steel work surface in a compact 27-1/2 inch footprint. The single solid self-closing door provides access to two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves, while the stainless steel interior and exterior are designed for routine commercial foodservice use. A 6 inch backsplash helps contain spills and keeps the surrounding preparation area easier to maintain.

The freezer uses R-290 refrigerant with a self-contained, rear-mounted 1/4 HP refrigeration system. Digital temperature controls and a display provide convenient monitoring, while automatic evaporator fan motor delay, replaceable door gaskets, and a visual and audible door-open alarm support daily operation. Four 4 inch swivel casters with front brakes provide mobility and positioning flexibility. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz power with a NEMA 5-15 connection and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant with ETL listing.
