23 Cu. Ft. Blue Air BSF23-HC Commercial Bottom Mount Reach-In Freezer
The Blue Air BSF23-HC is a 23 cu. ft. commercial bottom-mount reach-in freezer designed for organized frozen storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, hotels, catering operations, and institutional foodservice facilities. At 26-3/4 inch wide, the upright cabinet provides substantial frozen storage while maintaining a relatively compact footprint.
The single solid door opens to a storage compartment equipped with four epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable shelf heights. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces, with galvanized steel used on the back and bottom. Four 4 inch swivel casters, including front brakes, provide mobility when positioning the freezer for installation or cleaning.
Blue Air specifies a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The front sliding refrigeration unit allows service access without moving the cabinet, while the bottom-mounted compressor and electrodeposition-coated evaporator are designed for commercial operating conditions. The published freezer temperature range is -10°F to 5°F.
