The Blue Air BLPT28-HC is a compact 27-1/2 inch refrigerated standard top prep table designed for food preparation areas where refrigerated ingredients need to stay close to the work surface. Its one-section, 7 cu. ft. cabinet combines refrigerated storage with a stainless steel preparation top, making it suitable for restaurants, sandwich stations, delis, pizzerias, cafes, catering operations, and other commercial foodservice applications.

The unit has one self-closing swing door and one adjustable wire shelf for organized refrigerated storage. The prep top accommodates eight 1/6-size pan positions according to Blue Air's current catalog, while the manufacturer's detailed specification identifies a six 1/6-size and two 1/9-size pan configuration. An insulated pan cover with stainless steel divider helps protect the ingredient area when it is not being actively used.

A 9-1/2 inch cutting board is included for food preparation, with a side-rail cutting board bracket adding support around the work area.
