The Blue Air BLUF36-WT-HC Work Top Freezer combines 9.5 cu. ft. of frozen storage with a stainless steel work surface designed for commercial foodservice environments. Its two-door cabinet provides convenient access to four adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves, giving kitchens flexible space for organizing frozen ingredients, packaged foods, and prepared products. Stainless steel construction and a 6 inch backsplash provide a durable work area suited to daily commercial kitchen use.

A self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor. Digital temperature controls and a temperature display provide convenient monitoring, while the system incorporates an automatic evaporator fan motor delay and door-open alarm. Self-closing doors and replaceable door gaskets help maintain the cabinet during routine operation. Four 4 inch swivel casters with front brakes allow the unit to be positioned as needed. The freezer operates on 115V/60Hz power with a NEMA 5-15 electrical connection and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant with ETL listing.
