The Hamilton Beach HBH855 Summit® Edge High-Performance Blender is a commercial blender engineered for fast, consistent results in demanding foodservice environments. Its powerful 3.5 peak HP motor works with PowerBlend technology, a specially engineered 48 oz / 1.4 L container, and robust stainless-steel blades to produce smooth, creamy results for even challenging recipes.

Designed for professional beverage service, the Summit® Edge features advanced QuietBlend™ technology and an easy-to-use Quiet Shield™ sound enclosure to help reduce blending noise. The BPA-free copolyester container is stackable for efficient storage and features a mess-free pouring spout, ergonomic handle, and laser-etched measurements.

The capacitive touchpad provides six programmable buttons, variable speeds, and pulse control. Auto Blend provides one-touch blending to a programmed consistency, while 36 pre-programmed cycles in 11 languages and a USB port provide convenient programming flexibility. Built-in sensors stop the motor when the container or sound shield is removed, helping protect the drive system.
