The Hamilton Beach HBS1400R Revolution® Ice Shaver/Blender is a two-in-one commercial beverage machine designed for high-volume bars, restaurants, cafés, resorts, and other foodservice operations. It combines a powerful 3 HP blender motor with a 1/4 HP ice shaver motor and features a 5-gallon ice hopper for efficient frozen beverage production. The stackable 64 oz / 1.8 L polycarbonate container uses Hamilton Beach Wave~Action® technology to help deliver smooth, consistent blending results. The Revolution® Portion System counts agitator passes across the shaver blade to provide consistent shaved-ice portions, while automatic cycle buttons allow operators to select serving size and number of servings. An insulated double-wall hopper helps reduce noise and keep ice cold. Hopper, jar-pad, and drain sensors help prevent operation or alert operators when components are not properly positioned or when water backs up in the drain. The HBS1400R operates at 120V, 60Hz, and 15A and is NSF Listed for commercial foodservice use.
