Its powerful 1/3 HP motor delivers fast and efficient mixing, while the two-speed switch with pulse control provides flexibility for different menu items. Two-way motor activation allows operators to start and stop mixing by inserting the stainless steel cup into the cup guide or using the pulse switch on top of the mixer. Heavy-duty die-cast stainless steel construction supports demanding commercial use, while permanently sealed ball bearings are designed for long service life. The removable cup guide and cup rest simplify cleaning, and the wall-mount design helps preserve valuable countertop space.
