Its single Low-E double-pane glass door provides a clear view of the cabinet contents, while three adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated gray wire shelves allow the storage area to be organized around different ingredient and product sizes. The all-stainless-steel front and sides, stainless steel interior liner and floor, and matching aluminum back are suited to demanding commercial kitchen environments. A bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is engineered to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. The bottom-mounted configuration also places the compressor in a cooler, more accessible area and leaves the top of the cabinet available for storage. LED interior lighting, a positive-seal self-closing door, removable magnetic gasket, exterior digital temperature display, and four inch casters with front locks support practical day-to-day operation.
