The Hamilton Beach HMD1000 MixStation™ Single-Spindle Heavy-Duty Drink Mixer is designed for high-volume ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, and professional foodservice operations. Its powerful 3/4 HP motor delivers heavy-duty mixing performance for hard- and soft-serve ice cream and demanding candy, fruit, and nut mix-ins. Pre-programmed cycles provide consistent results, while the variable-speed dial allows operators to customize mixing speed for different recipes and textures. The Slow Start function helps reduce cup movement at the beginning of a mixing cycle. Sealed capacitive-touch controls have no moving parts or gaps, making the control area easy to clean. A removable magnetic splash shield helps contain splatter, while the removable drip tray simplifies cleanup. The standard 929 agitator supports universal mixing, and custom cycles can be uploaded through USB. The HMD1000 operates at 120V, 60Hz, single phase, and 6A and is NSF and cETLus Listed for commercial foodservice applications.
