The Waring WFP16SCD Combination Continuous-Feed & Batch Bowl Food Processor is a versatile commercial food preparation machine designed for high-volume restaurant and foodservice operations. Its 4 quart sealed batch bowl combines cutter-mixer functionality with continuous-feed processing, allowing operators to chop, grind, purée, mix, slice, shred, whip, and dice a wide range of ingredients.
Powered by a high-performance 2 peak HP commercial motor with thermal overload protection, the WFP16SCD is built for demanding foodservice applications. The patented LiquiLock® Seal System allows the sealed batch bowl to process soups, sauces, dressings, marinades, and other liquids without leakage while making pouring convenient. The clear polycarbonate bowl and processing covers provide excellent visibility during operation.
For large-volume preparation, the continuous-feed chute allows foods processed with the included discs to be directed into a separate container. The included adjustable slicing disc provides 16 thickness settings from 1mm to 6mm, while the reversible shredding disc provides fine or coarse shredding. The included dicing assembly features a 3/8 inch slicing blade and 3/8 inch dicing grid for efficient high-volume dicing.
The WFP16SCD operates on 120V/60Hz power, uses a NEMA 5-15P plug, and is rated at 720 watts and 6.0 amps. Its heavy-duty die-cast base and durable polycarbonate components are designed for professional foodservice environments. Waring lists the model with ULus/ETL Sanitation approvals.
