The Nemco 55424-1 Blade & Holder Assembly is an OEM replacement and interchangeable cutting grid for Nemco Easy Chopper and Easy FryKutter units. This 1/4 inch square cutting grid uses 22 stainless steel blades to produce consistent cuts for commercial food preparation. It is the standard blade and holder assembly for the Nemco 55500-1 Easy Chopper and 55450-1 Easy FryKutter and can be used to convert compatible units to a 1/4 inch cut with the required 55417 push block.
