This compact commercial steamer uses a self-contained water reservoir and simple push-button operation to deliver a powerful burst of steam hotter than 212°F. The 120V, 1800W unit draws 15 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. Its 16-1/2 inch W x 17-1/4 inch D x 8-1/4 inch H countertop footprint is ideal for restaurants, sandwich shops, concession stands, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations.
