The Nemco 55424-2 Blade & Holder Assembly is an OEM replacement and interchangeable cutting grid designed for Nemco Easy Chopper and Easy FryKutter units. The 3/8 inch square grid uses 16 stainless steel blades to produce consistent cuts for commercial food preparation. It is the standard blade and holder assembly for Nemco 55500-2 Easy Chopper and 55450-2 Easy FryKutter models and can also upgrade compatible 55500 and 55450 units to a 3/8 inch cut when paired with the required 55418 3/8 inch push block.
