The Nemco 6625B Fresh-O-Matic Countertop Steamer uses super-hot steam above 212°F to quickly thermalize and rethermalize precooked and frozen foods while helping restore moisture and fresh-made quality. This commercial countertop steamer features a stainless steel exterior, cast aluminum well, electronic controls, visible indicator lights, and a self-contained water reservoir. The 120V unit produces 1500W and draws 12.5 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug. A compact 16-1/2 inch W x 12 inch D x 11-5/8 inch H design fits efficiently on commercial countertops. ETL listed and made in the USA.
