The Serv-Ware SP36-10-HC-T is a 36.2 inch refrigerated standard top sandwich prep table designed to provide efficient food preparation and convenient refrigerated ingredient storage in commercial kitchens. With a 9.5 cu. ft. refrigerated cabinet, two doors, two shelves, and a 10-pan ingredient capacity, this prep table keeps frequently used ingredients organized and accessible during busy service.

Built with AISI 304 stainless steel framework construction, the SP36-10-HC-T combines a durable food preparation surface with reliable refrigerated storage. The unit features an electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display for easy temperature monitoring, while automatic defrosting and condensation-water evaporation support dependable daily operation.

The refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and maintains a manufacturer-specified temperature range of 33°F–41°F. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power and uses a 1/2 HP refrigeration system. Casters are included with the unit but ship uninstalled according to the manufacturer's current specification sheet. PC plastic pans and a plastic cutting board are also included.
