The unit features a stainless steel exterior, painted aluminum interior with ABS side panels and a 304 stainless steel floor, plus an epoxy-coated wire shelf for organized refrigerated storage. PC plastic pans and a plastic cutting board are included, providing a practical preparation station for pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, catering operations, and commercial kitchens.

An electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display provide convenient temperature monitoring. Automatic defrosting every six hours and automatic condensation-water evaporation support reliable operation.
