With 12 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage and a 9-pan capacity, this two-door prep table provides convenient access to pizza toppings and frequently used ingredients during busy foodservice operations.

The unit features a stainless steel exterior, painted aluminum interior with ABS side panels, and a 304 stainless steel floor. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves provide organized refrigerated storage, while the pizza prep section accommodates nine ingredient pans. Plastic pans and a cutting board are included for convenient food preparation.

An electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display provide easy temperature monitoring. Automatic defrosting every six hours and automatic condensation-water evaporation support dependable operation. The 1/2 HP refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and maintains a manufacturer-specified temperature range of 33°F–41°F.
