Its heavy-duty 3.5 peak HP motor combines with a unique top-down dasher system to push ingredients toward the stainless steel blade, helping reduce air pockets and bridging while shortening blending cycles. The 32 oz BPA-free cylindrical copolyester container is designed specifically for the Ellipse system. Four reprogrammable stations allow operators to customize blend speed and time directly from the electronic keypad, while variable-speed controls and a blue-backlit LCD provide precise operation.
