The Everest EBR1 is a 21 cu. ft. bottom-mount reach-in refrigerator designed for commercial kitchens that need organized refrigerated storage without taking up the footprint of a larger multi-door unit. Its single solid swing door opens to a stainless-steel interior with three epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted using stainless-steel shelf clips. The bottom-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses an easily replaceable cooling cartridge and R-290 refrigerant. Everest specifies electronically commutated fan motors, a full-length air duct, airflow protection, automatic defrost, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan to support consistent refrigeration operation. A digital controller provides a factory preset temperature of 35°F with an adjustable range of 33°F to 54°F. The cabinet and door use 2.5 inch high-density polyurethane insulation, while four 5 inch swivel casters provide mobility and the front casters lock in position.
