The Everest EBSF2 is a 48 cu. ft. commercial reach-in freezer designed for high-capacity frozen food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, institutional foodservice operations, and other professional environments. Its 49 5/8 inch wide cabinet provides substantial vertical storage, while the deep interior is designed to accommodate full-size baking sheet pans and support organized frozen inventory.

A bottom-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system provides the cooling platform, with the condensing unit positioned beneath the cabinet for a bottom-breathing configuration. Two full-height solid doors provide access to the storage compartment and feature self-closing operation, field reversibility, magnetic gaskets, and locks. Six epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips allow the interior to be arranged for different frozen products and containers.

The EBSF2 also features digital temperature controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, LED interior lighting, stainless steel construction, 2 1/2 inch high-density polyurethane insulation, and four 5 inch swivel casters with two locking casters.
