The Everest EBF2 is a 50 cu. ft. commercial reach-in freezer designed for high-volume frozen food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, institutional foodservice operations, bakeries, catering facilities, and other professional environments. Its 54 1/8 inch wide cabinet provides substantial upright storage, while the 33 1/8 inch deep interior is designed to accommodate full-size baking sheet pans and support organized frozen inventory.

The bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses Everest's Blizzard R290 cooling platform, with a 1 HP compressor for freezer operation. Two full-height solid doors provide access to the storage compartment and feature self-closing operation, while six epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable clips help organize frozen ingredients, prepared foods, meats, seafood, desserts, and other products. Digital temperature controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, LED interior lighting, stainless steel construction, and caster mobility add practical features for demanding commercial kitchens.
