It produces up to 310 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with 230 lb per 24 hours at 90°F air and 70°F water. Measuring 30 inch W × 24.5 inch D × 16.5 inch H, the modular head installs on a compatible storage bin or dispenser rather than incorporating a storage bin into the machine. Half-dice ice measures approximately 3/8 inch × 1-1/8 inch × 7/8 inch and is suited to beverage service, foodservice, and general commercial ice applications.
