The Hoshizaki KML-700MWJ is a low-profile commercial crescent cube ice maker designed for foodservice operations that require a substantial daily supply of ice. Its water-cooled refrigeration system produces up to 665 lb of crescent-shaped ice per 24 hours under favorable operating conditions. The 30 inch-wide, 26 inch-high modular design is suitable for commercial kitchens and beverage service areas where overhead clearance is limited. A compatible storage bin or dispenser is required and sold separately.

Built for demanding commercial applications, this Hoshizaki ice maker features a durable stainless steel exterior, a double-sided KMEdge stainless steel evaporator, CycleSaver™ technology, and an EverCheck™ alert system. The water-cooled condenser can be useful in installations where managing heat released into the surrounding room is a consideration. The system requires a dedicated condenser water supply and appropriate drainage or return plumbing.

The KML-700MWJ operates on 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power and requires hardwired electrical installation. It uses R-404A refrigerant and draws 11.9 amps, with a maximum 20-amp fuse or HACR breaker specified by the manufacturer. Compatible storage options include selected Hoshizaki B-series bins and DB-200H or DM-200B dispensers.
