The American Range ARSMG-24 is a commercial 24 inch countertop gas griddle built for professional foodservice kitchens. It features a highly polished 1 inch thick steel plate with a 21 inch cooking depth for reliable heat retention and consistent cooking performance. Two U-shaped 30,000 BTU/hr. aluminized steel burners provide a total 60,000 BTU/hr. output, with manual controls and an adjustable temperature range of 250F to 500F. The stainless steel construction includes front and side splashes, a 4 inch back splash, tapered guards, a grease trough, and a large-capacity grease drawer. Four inch adjustable legs are included, and the unit is ETL Listed and made in the USA.
