American Range ARSMG-36 36 inch Manual Countertop Gas Griddle

The American Range ARSMG-36 is a commercial 36 inch countertop gas griddle designed for professional restaurants, foodservice operations, and high-volume kitchens. It features a highly polished 1 inch thick steel griddle plate with a 21 inch cooking surface that holds temperature for consistent cooking. Three U-shaped 30,000 BTU/hr. aluminized steel burners provide 90,000 BTU/hr. total output, while manual controls allow temperature adjustment from 250F to 500F. The stainless steel construction includes front and side splashes, a 4 inch back splash, tapered side guards, a grease trough, and a large-capacity grease drawer. Four inch adjustable legs are included. The unit operates on natural gas and is ETL Listed. American Range also provides a two-year limited parts and labor warranty.
