The unit features heavy-duty stainless steel construction, lift-off 12 inch × 12 inch cast iron burner grates, and independent manual controls for each burner section. It comes configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for fuel flexibility. A full-length seamless drip pan can be removed for cleaning, while the cool-touch stainless steel landing ledge provides additional working space around the cooking surface.
