The Blue Air BLSP1 is an 18 inch commercial single stock pot stove designed for kitchens that need concentrated high-output heat for large cookware. Its heavy-duty cast iron three-ring burner produces 80,000 BTU/hr, making it well suited to boiling, simmering, and preparing large batches of soups, stocks, sauces, stews, pasta, and other pot-based foods. Manual controls operate the inner and outer burner rings independently, giving operators more control over heat during different stages of cooking. The stove features cast iron top grates, stainless steel pilots and tubing, stainless steel legs, and a full-length seamless drip pan for easier cleanup. It is configured for natural gas and includes LP conversion capability for compatible installations. A 3/4 inch NPT rear gas connection and regulator are standard. Measuring 18 inch W × 27-1/2 inch D × 22-5/8 inch H, the BLSP1 provides a dedicated stock pot cooking station for restaurants, catering kitchens, institutional foodservice, and other commercial operations.
