Blue Air BSR72T-HC 72 Cu. Ft. Commercial Top Mount Reach-In Refrigerator
The Blue Air BSR72T-HC is a 72 cu. ft. commercial top-mount reach-in refrigerator designed for high-volume refrigerated storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, catering operations, bakeries, grocery facilities, and institutional foodservice. Its three-door, three-section configuration provides substantial organized storage while maintaining convenient access to refrigerated ingredients, beverages, and prepared foods.
The stainless steel interior and exterior are paired with galvanized steel on the back and bottom. Twelve adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves provide four shelves in each compartment, allowing foodservice operators to organize ingredients and inventory by section. The cabinet uses cyclopentane insulation, and the three-door model is equipped with six swivel casters, including two with front brakes.
A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor. The front sliding refrigeration unit can be pulled out for service access without moving the entire cabinet. An electrodeposition-coated evaporator is designed to maintain heat-transfer performance and reduce potential corrosion, while the rear-wall air guard supports air circulation and cooling.
The BSR72T-HC is specified for a 33°F to 39°F operating range. A hot-gas frame heating system helps reduce condensation around the cabinet frame. LED interior lighting provides visibility across the three storage sections. The unit is also designed to accept full-size roll-in racks for 18 inch L × 26 inch D bun sheet pans.
Three solid doors are self-closing at 90° or less and feature an automatic hold-open function at 110°. Replaceable gaskets, heavy-duty all-metal handles, pressure-relief construction, and standard door locks are included for routine commercial foodservice operation.
The refrigerator uses self-diagnostic digital temperature controls and a digital display for monitoring. Manual defrost controls are included for maintenance. Blue Air specifies 115V/60Hz/1-phase operation, 6.3 amps, and a NEMA 5-15 connection.
