The Everest EBB23 is a compact 23-1/2 inch wide back bar refrigerator designed for beverage storage where available space is limited. Its 8 cu. ft. interior accommodates up to 125 standard 12 oz. bottles or 220 12 oz. cans, with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves and height-adjustable stainless steel shelf clips for organizing different beverage sizes. The single solid hinged door has a pre-installed lock and recessed handle for convenient access in a busy bar or service area.

A heavy-duty stainless steel countertop provides a practical work surface, while the black textured laminate vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, and stainless steel floor provide a commercial configuration. Shielded LED bar lighting illuminates the refrigerated cabinet, with a dedicated on/off switch for control during service or cleaning.

The EBB23 uses a back-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system with a 1/5 HP compressor and 1,655 BTU/hr capacity. A full-length air duct and electronically commutated fan motors circulate cold air through the cabinet. The system includes automatic time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils, an auto-reverse condenser fan motor, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan that does not require an external drain or electric heater.

A multifunction digital controller displays the cabinet temperature and provides an adjustable setting range of 33°F to 54°F, with a 35°F factory preset. An audible overheat protection alarm monitors the compressor and condenser coil. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power at 2.5 amps and includes a 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Its overall dimensions are 23-1/2 inch W × 32 inch D × 39-3/8 inch H.
