The Everest EBB59-24 is a 57-3/4 inch wide commercial back bar refrigerator with a 24-1/2 inch deep cabinet, providing 17 cu. ft. of refrigerated beverage storage while maintaining a compact-depth footprint. The two solid hinged doors open to an organized interior with four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves, supporting storage for up to 357 standard 12 oz. bottles or 560 12 oz. cans. Height-adjustable stainless steel shelf clips allow the shelving arrangement to be adapted to beverage storage requirements.

Designed for commercial bar and foodservice environments, the EBB59-24 features a heavy-duty stainless steel countertop, textured laminate black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, and a stainless steel floor. The solid doors incorporate high-strength recessed handles, pre-installed locks, and snap-in magnetic gaskets for practical daily operation and maintenance. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch provides interior visibility with lower heat output.

The side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system uses a 1/4+ HP compressor with 1,926 BTU/hr refrigeration capacity. Electronically commutated fan motors and a full-length air duct support cold-air circulation throughout the cabinet. The system also incorporates automatic time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils, an auto-reverse condenser fan motor, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan that requires no external drain or electric heater.

A multifunction digital controller provides an easy-to-read LED display, a 35°F factory preset, and a 33°F to 54°F temperature-setting range. An audible overheat protection alarm monitors the compressor and condenser coil. The refrigerator operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power at 3.5 amps and is supplied with a 9-foot power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Overall dimensions are 57-3/4 inch W × 24-1/2 inch D × 37-1/4 inch H.
