The Everest EBB59 is a 57-3/4 inch wide commercial back bar refrigerator built for organized beverage storage behind bars and service counters. Its 20 cu. ft. refrigerated interior accommodates up to 408 standard 12 oz. bottles or 640 12 oz. cans, with four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves and adjustable stainless steel shelf clips for flexible product organization. Two solid swing doors provide enclosed storage, while pre-installed locks and recessed handles support convenient access during service.

The black EBB59 features a heavy-duty stainless steel countertop, textured laminate black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, and a stainless steel floor. Shielded LED bar lighting illuminates the cabinet with lower heat output and includes an on/off switch. Each door uses a snap-in magnetic gasket designed for straightforward cleaning and replacement.

Cooling is provided by Everest's side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system. The 1/4+ HP compressor provides 1,926 BTU/hr of refrigeration capacity, while electronically commutated fan motors and a full-length air duct help distribute cold air throughout the cabinet. The system incorporates automatic time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils, an auto-reverse condenser fan motor, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan that requires no external drain or electric heater.

A multifunction digital controller with LED display provides a 33°F to 54°F temperature-setting range, with a 35°F factory preset.
