The Everest EBB69 is a 68 inch wide commercial back bar refrigerator designed to provide substantial refrigerated beverage storage behind a bar or service counter. Its 24 cu. ft. interior accommodates up to 504 standard 12 oz. bottles or 800 12 oz. cans, while four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide organized storage across the two-section cabinet. Height-adjustable stainless steel shelf clips make it easier to configure the storage space for different beverage packages.

Built for commercial beverage service, the EBB69 combines a heavy-duty stainless steel countertop with a textured laminate black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, and a stainless steel floor. The two solid hinged doors feature recessed handles, pre-installed locks, and snap-in magnetic gaskets. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch provides visibility inside the cabinet while producing lower heat output.

Refrigeration is provided by a self-contained Blizzard R-290 system with a 1/4+ HP compressor and 1,926 BTU/hr refrigeration capacity. Electronically commutated fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air through the cabinet. Automatic time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils, an auto-reverse condenser fan motor, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan support day-to-day commercial operation.

The multifunction digital temperature controller includes an LED display and provides a 33°F to 54°F temperature-setting range, with a 35°F factory preset. An audible overheat protection alarm monitors the compressor and condenser coil. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power at 3.5 amps and uses a 9-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Overall dimensions are 68 inch W × 27 inch D × 37-1/4 inch H.
