The Everest EBB90-24 is an 89-1/4 inch wide commercial back bar refrigerator designed for high-volume beverage storage while using a 24-1/2 inch deep cabinet. Its 28 cu. ft. refrigerated interior accommodates up to 609 standard 12 oz. bottles or 960 12 oz. cans. Six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide organized storage across the three-door cabinet, with adjustable shelf clips allowing the interior to be configured for different beverage products.

The black EBB90-24 combines a heavy-duty stainless steel countertop with a textured laminate black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, and a stainless steel floor. Three solid hinged doors provide enclosed refrigerated storage and feature recessed handles and snap-in magnetic gaskets. The cabinet's 24-1/2 inch depth provides a reduced-footprint alternative to Everest's standard-depth EBB90 while retaining substantial beverage capacity.

Cooling is provided by a side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system with a 1/3+ HP compressor rated at 2,311 BTU/hr. Electronically commutated fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air through the cabinet. The refrigeration system incorporates automatic time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils, an auto-reverse condenser fan motor, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan that does not require an external drain or electric heater.

The multifunction digital controller provides an LED temperature display, a 35°F factory preset, and an adjustable 33°F to 54°F temperature range. An audible overheat protection alarm monitors the compressor and condenser coil. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power at 2.5 amps and includes a 9-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Overall dimensions are 89-1/4 inch W × 24-1/2 inch D × 37-1/4 inch H.
