Everest EBR3 71 Cu. Ft. Bottom Mount Commercial Reach-In Refrigerator
The Everest EBR3 is a 71 cu. ft. commercial reach-in refrigerator designed for high-volume refrigerated storage in professional foodservice operations. Its 74 3/4 inch wide cabinet provides substantial interior capacity for refrigerated ingredients, prepared foods, produce, dairy, beverages, and other perishable inventory, while the deep 33 1/8 inch cabinet is suited to full-size baking sheet pans.
The bottom-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system positions the condensing unit beneath the cabinet and uses a detachable cooling cartridge for service access. Three solid swing doors provide access across the wide storage interior, while nine epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable clips help organize products at different heights. Digital temperature controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, LED interior lighting, stainless steel construction, six 5 inch swivel casters, and leg stabilizers support daily commercial kitchen use.
