The Everest EGC50 is a 49-1/2 inch wide, two-section solid sliding-lid glass and plate chiller designed for commercial bars, restaurants, foodservice operations, and other applications requiring chilled dishware or beverage storage. Its 15 cu. ft. interior provides capacity for up to 230 8 inch mugs, while five epoxy-coated steel wire shelves create organized storage within the cabinet. Two stainless steel sliding lids feature ratchet locks for controlled access, and the stainless steel countertop and rails provide a durable working surface around the cabinet opening.

The EGC50 uses a self-contained refrigeration system with a 1/2 HP compressor and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power at 5 amps. A multifunction digital controller with LED display allows temperature adjustment from -10°F to 54°F, while time-initiated automatic defrost and a self-maintaining condensate pan support routine operation. Shielded LED interior lighting with an on/off switch helps illuminate the stored products.

The black textured and laminated vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior, stainless steel work surfaces, and 1-3/4 inch polyurethane insulation provide a commercial configuration for frequent foodservice use. The unit measures 49-1/2 inch W × 26-3/4 inch D × 33-3/4 inch H.
