Its 10 cu. ft. cabinet includes four epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable clips, creating accessible storage for frozen ingredients and prepared foods. A back-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system uses a 1/3 HP compressor and front-breathing design, allowing the freezer to be installed beneath counters or positioned against a wall. Digital temperature controls with an LED display, a defrost cycle with heater, pressure relief port, and four 5 inch swivel casters support daily commercial foodservice use.
