Its 30 inch W × 34 inch D × 50 inch H configuration, including the legs, offers substantial storage capacity for restaurants, bars, hotels, and other high-volume foodservice operations. The foamed insulated door helps retain cold air, while built-in side grips provide convenient access from the left, right, or center. A cammed stay-up mechanism holds the door open while scooping, and the 53-degree door angle provides easier access to ice at the bottom of the bin. The built-in scoop holder keeps the scoop handle above the ice, and an NSF-approved sanitary scoop with a knuckle and thumb guard is included.
